This culinary adventure begins on the farm at 6PM for a cocktail hour featuring a whiskey cocktail and hors d’oeuvres, alongside our crops. Members of our farm team are on site to give tours and answer any questions. For dinner, stroll back to the deck at The Barn and engage in lively conversations with fellow whiskey lovers, as you savor each bite of the exquisite farm-to-table fare at a seated, three-course meal.
Each course is created by our chef to pair perfectly alongside various marks of highly allocated whiskeys, including sought after brands that will include Old Fitzgerald, Elijah Craig, Parker’s Heritage, and Bernheim.
Heaven Hills ambassador, Rich Fiorillo, will lead the group through the whiskeys paired with each course.
