2023 Gingerbread Display

Our annual gingerbread display tradition returns!  This year’s display is a rendition of Santa’s workshop, complete with reindeer stables and a sleigh full of toys!

The intricately crafted display is handcrafted by Gibbet Hill Grill co-owner, Kate Webber and a crew of helper elves. Created entirely from edible ingredients, this enchanting display is a sweet feast for your eyes and is sure to transport you into the holiday spirit.

JOIN US IN WELCOMING CHEF JUSTIN URSO

Gibbet Hill Grill is pleased to announce the arrival of Executive Chef, Justin Urso. Justin’s roots in rural New England have helped shape his culinary style. Summers spent on his grandparents’ farm in Vermont taught him about fresh, local products, which he is still passionate about using today.  

Justin’s professional journey began at the renowned Culinary Institute of America. His formative years saw him working alongside culinary luminaries such as Frank McClelland at L’Espalier and Sel de la Terre, where he built on his appreciation of farm-to-table cuisine. Subsequent stints under Markus Glocker at Maze by Gordon Ramsay and James Beard award-winning chef Mark Ladner at Del Posto in New York City enriched his culinary prowess, exposing him to the nuances of Michelin-quality cuisine and service. More recently, Justin helmed kitchens at STARS at Chatham Bars Inn & Resort, Catalyst Restaurant, and 907 Main.

A natural-born leader, Justin is dedicated to imparting his knowledge and experiences, serving as a mentor to his team while remaining attuned to the lessons drawn from his surroundings. He is a lover of pasta, and in his spare time he enjoys an excellent round of golf or can be found spending time with his wife, Kristin, and daughters, Mae and Eliana.

Thanksgiving at Gibbet Hill • 2023

We are currently booked at Gibbet Hill Grill for Thanksgiving, however our bar seats (28 in total) are available first come, first served for walk-in parties from 12pm-7pm. Menus for both the Grill and The Barn are located below.

HEAT & SERVE TRADITIONAL THANKSGIVING DINNER

PLEASE NOTE: HEAT & SERVE THANKSGIVING DINNER ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 22nd BETWEEN 3PM AND 6PM.

This year we are pleased to offer heat & serve, large-format takeout orders of traditional turkey dinner and fixings served in catering trays. All orders will come with simple heat & serve instructions. Order one of each item, or only what you need to make your day easier on Thanksgiving!

Fall Sangria and our house Bourbon Cider Punch are both available to complete your order. Each container makes 8 cocktails, just add ice!

 

ORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THANKSGIVING TAKEOUT.  PLEASE NOTE THAT PICK UP IS NOVEMBER 22nd, from 3pm-6pm.

THE GRILL

The Grill will be offering a 3-course prix-fixe menu (menu coming soon, and will include a traditional turkey dinner option). Children’s menu will be available.

Seatings 12:00-7:00; parties of up to 14 guests.
