Thanksgiving 2020 at Gibbet Hill

We are pleased to announce our Thanksgiving dining options at Gibbet Hill for 2020.

THE GRILL

The Grill will be offering a 3-course prix-fixe menu (menu coming soon, and will include a traditional turkey dinner option). Children’s menu will be available.

Seatings 12:00-7:00; parties of 6 people or less.

THE BARN

The Barn will offer a family-style dinner for parties of 10 or less. $60 per person; $20 per child ages 4-12; children ages 3 and under free.

DAY-OF A LA CARTE THANKSGIVING TAKEOUT

If you are interested in placing a takeout order for Thanksgiving Day, we will begin taking orders on Thursday, November 19th at 12:00pm. Orders will be very limited in number, once our pick up schedule has been filled, we will stop taking new orders.  Pickups will be from 12:30-6:30 on Thursday, November 26th.


GIBBET HILL THANKSGIVING AT HOME

We are no longer taking orders for Gibbet Hill Thanksgiving at Home (large format takeout).  If you have already placed an order, pick up will be the evening of Wednesday, November 25th between 4pm and 6pm. Menu items are packed cold with heating instructions. 

 

Gibbet Hill Farm FALL CSA Shares Now Available!

We are pleased to offer an add-on four week share to our CSA season!  The fall share will consist of 4 pick-ups (Oct29, Nov 5, 12, 19)  Pick-ups are on Thursdays from 12pm-4pm and will consist of 4-8 items per share.

Items in the fall shares may include: sweet potatoes, parsnips, celeriac, butternut squash, watermelon radishes, daikon radishes, purple top turnips, leeks, carrots, garlic, leeks, kale, microgreens, and more!

Hops & Crops • October 21, 2020

Celebrate autumn’s harvest as you taste what this quintessential New England season has to offer!

Join us on Wednesday, October21st for the 6th Annual Hops & Crops farm-to-fork dinner with beer pairings.  True North Ale Company out of Ipswich, MA, will partner with us for the evening.

An extended cocktail hour will feature passed and stationed hors d’oeuvres where guests can meet representatives from True North Ale Company and sample a wide variety of their brews. Learn about how Gibbet Hill Grill Chef, Brendan Pelley, keeps up with abundance of produce growing on Gibbet Hill Farm. Gibbet Hill Farm manager, Kayleigh Boyle will also be on hand to her experience of growing and producing food in New England.

After the cocktail hour, enjoy a thoughtfully prepared family-style dinner with beer pairings selected by the brewer.

Tickets are available in groups of 4 or 6. The cost is $125 per person and includes the meal, beer, tax, and gratuity.
